Registration Info
Registration is required before Monday, August 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM and it opens Monday, July 14, 2025 at 8:00 AM
Payment In Full In Advance Only
If there is light rain, the event will run as planned. In case of thunderstorms, the event will be postponed to take place at the same time on Sunday, August 10th.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Monday, August 4, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
> If MIYC cannot provide an event at the time stated when the member registers, then the member shall be due a full refund.
> If a member registers for an entertainment or program event and cancels after the event registration is closed or fails to attend, then the member shall be charged for the event unless the registration data on the MIYC website provides otherwise.
> In all cases, if the member registers for an entertainment or program event and cancels within 24 hours of the event, that member shall be charged for the event.
