Payment In Full In Advance Only
Registration must be completed by Wednesday, August 27th by 5:00 pm.
Please register all guests by name and indicate choice of lobster or steak for each person.
CT meal tax (7.35%) will be added to the cost of $55.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Wednesday, August 27, 2025 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
> If MIYC cannot provide an event at the time stated when the member registers, then the member shall be due a full refund.
> If a member registers for an entertainment or program event and cancels after the event registration is closed or fails to attend, then the member shall be charged for the event unless the registration data on the MIYC website provides otherwise.
> In all cases, if the member registers for an entertainment or program event and cancels within 24 hours of the event, that member shall be charged for the event.
